Connective Tissue Release is a gentle yet powerful hands‑on therapy that works with the body’s fascia - the web of connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, nerve, and organ. When this tissue becomes tight or restricted, it can create pain, stiffness, and a sense of being “stuck” in your body.
CTR, as taught by the KCR Academy, using slow, sustained pressure and mindful techniques to soften and release these restrictions. This allows the body to unwind naturally, restoring ease, balance, and freedom of movement.
